How it Works
Paid support is a Premium service offered for cases not covered by our normal support services.
- A Paid support project must be first approved by a support staff member.
- Unauthorized support purchases will not be honored.
- All support cases will be addressed through a Support ticket.
- We will try our best to handle your request in a timely fashion depending on demand.
- Time Allotment: Each paid support case will be documented in the support ticket and you will have open credit for any unused time.
- Refunds: No refunds will be given for paid support unless we find a bug or a conflict on a 3rd party product that we are unable to resolve.
Scope of support
- Paid support is limited to configuration, setup, running and minor customization of our templates, themes, and extensions.
- The scope of support is only for the requested case. A new case must be created for other requests.
- Custom development of Extensions or Templates is not available on Paid Support.
